Liaison to the College of St. David
Since the college is presently in abeyance, it is controlled by the Canton of Caer Darth and has no officers of its own for you to contact at this time. However, the Canton of Caer Darth has appointed Cassandra Rossignol as Liaison to the College of St. David. As Liaison, it is her job to answer questions, coordinate meetings, seek out & disseminate useful info, herd kittens, and do whatever else is needed to help the UCSC people get the college back on its feet. So please feel free to email her if you have any questions, or are interested in joining or helping with the college.

Other Local Contacts
Some of the populace of the Barony of Darkwood (in which the College of St. David resides) and the outlying areas sponsor a number of ongoing workshops, classes, and the like. Everyone is welcome. SCA membership is not required.

- Thursday Night Fighter Practice: Weekly "heavy" & rapier fighter practice, but also a very casual social event. It's a great way to meet members of the local populace who have a *wide* range of interests. Sometimes dance practices are held here, too, and then our Baron and Baroness come to visit! Practice happens weekly, in the Galleria Parking Structure, Downtown Santa Cruz. Top floor unless it's raining, then next floor down. Approx. 7pm - 9pm. (No prior contact needed, just show up!)
- Other Fighter Practices: Where to find other heavy and/or rapier fighting practices in the Principality of the Mists
- Armor Nights with Baron Erich: Erich and Leisl, Baron and Baroness of Darkwood, host an armor workshop at their home nearly every week, in Darkwood (Monterey County).
- Darkwood Choir Practice: Meets weekly, in Darkwood (southern Santa Clara or Monterey County).
- Darkwood Dance Practice: Meets weekly, in Darkwood (southern Santa Clara or Monterey County).
- Monday Sewing Nights: Meets on second and fourth Monday nights, in Caer Darth (Santa Cruz County) at the home of Frank and Sabrina.
- West Kingdom Choir and Period Instrumental Rehearsals: Meets weekly, in the Shire of Crosston (Santa Clara County).
